Delete Your Lithio Account

You can permanently delete your Lithio account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1Open the Lithio mobile app.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Verify your identity using OTP.
  5. 5Confirm permanent deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

Personal profile deleted
KYC information deleted
Saved addresses removed
Active plans cancelled
Booking history removed from your account
App access revoked

Data Retention

Some records, including payment transactions and legally required financial information, may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with taxation, fraud prevention, and applicable legal requirements. Retained records are not used for marketing purposes.
