How long does it take to deploy a fleet of electric vehicles?
Once the setup fee and refundable deposit are finalized and the onboarding checklist is complete, deployment typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on your vehicle volume and location.
What does the monthly leasing fee include?
Every Lithio EV plan (FLEX, OWN, ACCELERATE) includes the EV bike lease, comprehensive vehicle maintenance, 24×7 roadside breakdown assistance, battery health monitoring, and access to our fleet operations software portal.
How does the battery swapping mechanism work?
Our vehicles are integrated with our battery swapping network. Riders can navigate to the nearest swapping station, scan the QR code via the rider app, and swap their depleted battery for a fully charged one in under 60 seconds.
Is charging infrastructure provided for overnight charging?
Yes. Apart from the battery swapping network, we provide charging ports and setup support for overnight charging hubs at your centralized delivery hub locations.
How does the Lease to Own model work?
With the Lithio EV OWN and ACCELERATE plans, ownership of the electric vehicle is transferred to the business or rider at the end of the predefined tenure (e.g., 18-24 months for OWN, or 8-12 months for ACCELERATE) with no large balloon payments.
