• Usage-Based Tracking: We track your location when the app is running in the foreground or background to enable navigation, route optimization, and vehicle monitoring.
• Safety & Support: Real-time location tracking is crucial for roadside assistance, vehicle security, and preventing unauthorized vehicle use.

Your data is processed strictly to maintain high service standards:

• To authenticate user profiles and process secure OTP log-ins.
• To assign, monitor, and maintain the EV fleet and battery swap inventory.
• To provide customer support and send notification alerts regarding active bookings or maintenance.
